Hi, Mr. Fabian. I got here from a CB West Facebook page this morning. So good to see you and what you’ve been up to. I think you must be the only teacher that actually got me to read a book! Of Mice and Men, maybe? Thank you.
I ended going to Pitt, became a software engineer, married, two sons, two grandkids. Just entered my 60s and looking forward to the next part of life.

Mr. Fabian, you were indeed the most influential instructor I’ve been blessed to have had during my high school years. Class of 1988.
My life during this time was chaotic to put it mildly; your zest for life and the written word became a refuge. I developed a voracious appetite for all things literary.
Thank you for being “ that one special teacher.”
You’ve challenged me, inspired me, and believed in me. It’s made all the difference.
You showed me that I could succeed. I did just that.

Thank you seems too inadequate. You truly were the best C.B. West had that year teacher- wise.
